Please review information below. It is important that you understand that being a sponsored driver brings not only benefits, but requires you to fulfill certain responsibilities. We want you to be absolutely sure that you are able to fulfill your role as a sponsored team member before you sign this agreement. We only want to extend a sponsorship to people who are truly interested and dedicated to their sport. We have many objectives with the Team Boca Bearings sponsorship program aside from winning races and setting records. Boca Bearings expects sponsored drivers to do following activities to be accepted to the program:
- Submit one paragraph (2-4 sentences) bio about your team including clear picture of your team or picture of your car or CAD of your car.
- Become a fan of our Facebook Fanpage here http://www.facebook.com/BocaBearings
- Post your bio and photo to our Facebook Boca Bearings page
As a sponsored team member you will receive FREE merchandise in the value of $55, including Boca Bearings decal, work mat, calipers, and other items. (T-shirts can be purchased at a 50% discount). The items will be shipped with your first order as a sponsored member of Team Boca Bearings. We require that you place a Boca Bearing decal on your car and/or Pit Display.
If you are not already an existing customer, please go here and register for an account. You will be provided with login information and your sponsorship account will be set up so future orders can be placed online and reflect your 50% Sponsorship Discount.

Submit reports at the end of each race. This report must consist of a total of 2-3 sentences and a photograph or video, which might include following elements :
- Noteworthy race results
- Links to forum posts where you mention Boca Bearings or where you have placed “Team Boca Bearings” in your signature
- Bearing size and quantity information for new products and products that we do not currently list on our website
- Feedback for any performance issues you may have with Boca Bearing’s products
- Pictures of you promoting Boca Bearings, such as showing banner hanging, showing flyers passed, etc.
- Pictures of your vehicle with our Boca Bearings decals
- Submit product reviews for purchased items
- Keep terms and details of sponsorship strictly confidential
- Not accept conflicting sponsorship agreements during the agreement period. If there is a question regarding conflict Sponsor has final say.
- Place clear, legible Sponsor stickers on all racing vehicles
- Place orders using Boca Bearings website
- Sponsor’s right to use name, picture or likeness for product promotion and marketing
- Not to sell any equipment supplied to Sponsor
- Conduct yourself with class and behavior befitting your position as a member representing the Sponsor. Any behavior that the Sponsor deems inappropriate will result in immediate termination of this agreement.
- Return any FREE equipment supplied by the Sponsor if requested
- Have Boca Bearings flyers available at each race attended
For those who live up to their sponsorship obligations, we are happy to raise you to our 50% Level, giving you 50% off all products in the future. We even have a few available slots each year for a 75% sponsorship level for those who have truly gone above and beyond to produce great content in the form of videos, and articles to help our customers and newcomers to the sport.
- Sponsor shall supply equipment produced by the Sponsor to the Team Member upon request, provided that said equipment is available.
- Sponsor shall supply promotional items like t-shirts, banners, decals and flyers.
- Sponsor shall supply Team Member’s equipment at 25% off retail price with an ability to be increased to depending on performance.
- Sponsor shall be allowed to view any competing contracts offered to the Team Member, should the Team Member not decide to renew at the end of sponsorship period.
- Sponsor shall have rights to use the Team Member’s name, picture and likeness for promoting the Sponsors products.
- Sponsor shall retain the right to terminate this agreement without notice.
The Sponsor will have the right to request damages, including but not limited to equipment recovery for items given to Team Member, and monies spent in promotion/marketing using Team Members name, picture and likeness; if Team Member fails to fulfill obligations outlined in this agreement. This agreement is to be reviewed annually and Boca Bearing Company reserves the right to renew or terminate the agreement at that time.
